Students can occasionally run into a "Single Sign On" error that will prevent them from being able to log into the databases or other authenticated sites like Blackboard, and/or KCTCS email. This is a glitch that happens when students have told their browser to log them on automatically in future sessions.
The first thing to try doing is logging out of MyPath, closing your browser, opening it, and trying again.
If this still doesn't work, the easiest way around this probelm is to try opening a Private Window in your browser and then logging into MyPath. The Private Browser will "reset" your browser and you can put in your login credentials. The following table explains how to do that:
|Google Chrome||Incognito (Ctrl+Shift+n or ⌘+Shift+n for Mac)|
|Internet Explorer||InPrivate Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)|
|Mozilla Firefox||Private Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)|
|Microsoft Edge||InPrivate Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)|
|Safari||Private Browsing (Command⌘+Shift+n)|
