Students can occasionally run into a "Single Sign On" error that will prevent them from being able to log into the databases or other authenticated sites like Blackboard, and/or KCTCS email.  This is a glitch that happens when you've already logged in, and your browser tries to log you in a second time and doesn't know what to do.

The easiest way around this problem is to try opening a Private Window in your browser and then logging into MyPath.  The Private Browser will "reset" your browser, tricking it into thinking you aren't already logged in, and then you can put in your login credentials.  The following table explains how to do that:

Google Chrome Incognito (Ctrl+Shift+n or ⌘+Shift+n for Mac)
Internet Explorer InPrivate Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)
Mozilla Firefox Private Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)
Microsoft Edge InPrivate Browsing (Ctrl+Shift+p or ⌘+Shift+p for Mac)
Safari Private Browsing (Command⌘+Shift+n)
